Cancellations and Refunds: Cancel at least 2 business days before a lesson or class to avoid Rescheduling Fee. Refunds follow Virginia consumer protection laws. We may reschedule or cancel for safety, weather, or instructor availability. 5. Conduct and Safety: Students must follow safety instructions and behave respectfully. Unsafe or disruptive conduct may result in termination of lessons without refund. 6. Communication Consent: By contacting us through our website, by phone, by email, or in person, you consent to receive communications from us via SMS, email, and/or phone calls about services, reminders, and promotions.
